Babysitter in Manchester
My Summary
About Me
Hello! I am a third year student at the University of Manchester studying Educational Psychology. I am passionate about children's learning, development, and wellbeing, and I enjoy finding engaging ways to support young people. I am patient, organised, and approachable, and always strive to create a safe and nurturing environment. In my free time, I play for a women's football team and enjoy music, both of which help me maintain a positive and balanced lifestyle.
My Experience
I currently work as a Play and Youth Worker supporting children and young people aged 4-18 with complex needs during holidays. This role has given me valuable experience creating engaging activities, promoting confidence and independence, and ensuring children's safety through safeguarding and paediatric first aid training. In addition, I have experience volunteering in a primary school and on children's holiday programmes, where I supported learning, wellbeing, and positive behaviour. These experiences, alongside my Educational Psychology degree, have strengthened my understanding of child development and my passion for working with children.
My Qualifications
I have a qualification in paediatric first aid training and safety intervention training.
