My Experience

Through my work in education, I have gained practical experience supporting children in both individual and group settings. My responsibilities include helping with daily routines, managing challenging situations, encouraging independence and adapting activities to suit individual abilities. I have experience using positive behaviour strategies, supporting emotional regulation and helping children with personal care and communication. I am confident responding calmly to difficult situations and working closely with other professionals to ensure children's safety and wellbeing.

My Qualifications

I hold a Master's Degree in History and a Level 2 Certificate in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). I have also completed additional training in teaching methods and supporting children's learning and development. I have two years of experience teaching at a Saturday School, where I planned and delivered lessons, supported children's literacy skills and organised educational activities. Combined with my current role as a Teaching Assistant in a specialist SEND school, my qualifications and experience have given me valuable skills in supporting children with different learning needs and abilities.

My Availability

I am available for childcare from Tuesday to Friday after school hours, and all day on Saturdays, including evenings. I am happy to discuss flexible arrangements to suit families' needs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £17.00 per hour

My hourly rate starts from £17 for specialist SEND childcare. Fees may vary depending on the child's individual needs, the level of support required and the number of children. I am happy to discuss rates and flexible arrangements with families to find a suitable option.
