About Me
We’re a family of three living in Ashbourne. We moved to the UK from Germany last year with our daughter, who turns two in October. She is a lovely, curious and sensitive little girl who enjoys being outdoors, exploring and playing. She currently speaks mainly German and is slowly becoming familiar with English.
My Requirements
We’re looking for a kind, caring and experienced childminder who can provide a warm, nurturing and home-from-home environment for our daughter .
As she’s quite sensitive and needs time to feel comfortable with new people, a gentle, flexible and child-led settling-in process is really important to us.
Ideally, we’d like to spend the first few sessions together, allowing her to build trust and confidence at her own pace before gradually introducing short separations. We’re happy for this to take several weeks if needed.
Our main priority is finding someone patient and understanding who can help our daughter feel safe, happy and secure.
