I am 23 years old. I am a dedicated and caring Deputy Manager at a nursery, as well as a Team Leader responsible for children aged 2–3 years. My Experience
I have 4 years of experience working in childcare, supporting children’s learning, development and well-being. I currently work as a Deputy Manager and Team Leader in a nursery, looking after children aged 2–3 years. During my experience, I have developed strong skills in planning activities, supporting children’s individual needs, promoting positive behaviour, safeguarding and creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment. I also have experience working with parents and supporting my team to ensure high standards of care and education. I am passionate about helping children learn, grow and develop confidence and independence through play-based learning. I also have experience with SEN children alongside with full training completed.
My Qualifications
I hold Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Childcare and Early Years Education. These qualifications have provided me with the knowledge and skills to support children’s learning, development, health, safety and well-being. I apply my knowledge in my role as a Deputy Manager and Team Leader, ensuring children receive high-quality care and education in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.
My Availability
Full availability with occasional weekends.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
Fees are per hour starting at £17 for babysitting , nanny packages available including mothers help and help around household from £20 per hour.
