About Me
They say Chichi is every child’s dream, and perhaps it’s because I believe childhood should be filled with love, laughter, cuddles, curiosity and a little bit of magic! I’m Chioma, a registered childminder with a background in education and special educational needs and inclusion. I love creating a cosy, home-from-home environment where little ones feel loved, confident, free to explore and excited to learn. For me, every child is special, every little milestone matters, and every day is another opportunity to make beautiful childhood memories.
My Experience
My journey with children began in 2014, when I started teaching Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), nurturing little minds and discovering just how much joy and purpose I find in helping children learn and grow. In 2021, I took my passion a step further by starting my own childminding group abroad, creating a space where children could learn, play, explore and thrive.
I hold a Master’s degree in Education, Inclusion and Special Educational Needs in England, which has deepened my understanding of how children develop and how to support their individual needs. I believe every child deserves to feel seen, valued, encouraged and celebrated for who they are.
And because my love for childhood goes far beyond the classroom, you might also find me playing a mascot at children's clubs and birthday parties, spreading laughter and creating magical memories!
Why? Because play is my superpower, little smiles are my weakness, and making childhood magical is what Chichi does best!

Postgraduate Diploma in Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care
Early Years and Childcare Experience
Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teaching experience since 2014
Childminding experience since 2021

My Availability
I’m available Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–6:30 pm, and Saturdays from 12 noon–5:00 pm. I’m also flexible and happy to discuss individual family needs, including overnight care, subject to availability and prior arrangement. My aim is to make childcare as convenient and supportive as possible for your family.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
At Giggles & Glue, I believe in providing loving, quality childcare at fair and transparent prices.
Regular Childminding: My fees are £7.50 per hour, this is discussed with parents based on the hours, days and childcare arrangements required.
Occasional Childcare/babysitting: £7 per hour at my setting for one child, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Flexible Care: I’m happy to discuss individual family needs, including overnight care, subject to availability and prior agreement.
I will always explain fees, payment arrangements and any additional charges before confirming a booking, so parents know exactly what to expect.
