We're an Italian-British family with a 13-month-old son who is very sociable, funny, and loves books, instruments and animals. We care about child-led learning and letting him explore his interests and express his feelings. We care deeply about kindness, respect toward others, and social justice, and want our child to grow up aware and empathetic. We love travelling, discovering new things, and building memories together as a family — curiosity and learning are at the heart of everything we do.
My Requirements
We're looking for a childminder who can provide stimulating activities that encourage our son to express himself, be creative, and stay curious. We'd love him to have opportunities to socialise with other children. Patience, kindness and gentleness are essential. We value a carer who creates space for fun and laughter, but also helps him express difficult feelings in a healthy way. We believe in learning by doing and exploration, alongside clear, consistent boundaries. We want to promote his independence while ensuring he has cuddles and comfort when he needs them. Healthy food is important, and we'd like him to learn how to eat independently. Above all, we need a very safe and clean environment.
