My Experience

I've been caring for family members since I was around 16, including children who are autistic, have ADHD and are non-verbal. This has helped me develop patience, understanding and the ability to adapt to different children's individual needs. I currently work at a trampoline park, where I work around children and gain further experience interacting with them in an active environment, this includes SEN sessions as well. I'm comfortable supporting children through meltdowns and tantrums with a calm, reassuring approach. I can help with cooking, cleaning, bathing and everyday childcare routines, always prioritising children's safety, comfort and wellbeing.

My Qualifications

I have A-levels in Drama, Psychology and English Literature, which have helped me develop my creativity, communication skills and understanding of people's emotions and behaviour. I am currently studying Marine Biology at university and hope to become a teacher in the future. I have a full DBS check and previous first aid training, alongside several years of hands-on childcare experience with family members, including children with additional needs. I also gain valuable experience working with children at a trampoline park, including during SEN sessions. I am passionate about creating a safe, fun and supportive environment where every child feels comfortable, included and encouraged to learn.

My Availability

I'm happy to discuss availability around my university timetable and work schedule. I'm interested in both daytime and evening babysitting, as well as weekend opportunities where possible. I'm flexible when given advance notice and would be happy to discuss your family's needs to see how I can help. I hold a full driving licence and have two years of no-claims driving experience, which may help with getting to and from bookings.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

My rates start at £10–£12 per hour for daytime babysitting for one child. For families with more than one child, my rate may be slightly higher depending on the number of children and their individual needs. For evening babysitting that continues past midnight, or overnight bookings, my rate is £15 per hour. I'm happy to discuss rates with families beforehand to find an arrangement that works for everyone!
