My Experience
I am an experienced, caring and dedicated childcare professional with over 40 years of experience supporting children and families. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of childcare settings, including nurseries, live-in and live-out nanny, babysitting, working in a SEN youth club, working as a nursery nurse with the Health visiting team and Perinatal Mental Health Team .
Currently i am working as an Early Help Practitioner. These roles have given me a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding, family dynamics and the importance of providing consistent, nurturing care.
I also have experience supporting children with additional needs and have knowledge of parenting courses, which has strengthened my ability to understand individual family circumstances and adapt my approach to meet each child's needs
