About Me
Hi! We're a friendly, busy family of four, with two lovely little children – a little boy who is 2.5, and a little girl, who is almost one. We also have a very friendly dog, Alfie!
We're moving to the Guildford/Pirbright area in December and are looking for a wonderful nanny to become part of our family's routine from January 2027.
My husband and I both work, and we're hoping to find someone warm, caring, fun and reliable who will build a lovely relationship with our children. They're both at such fun ages, and we'd love someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with little ones, getting out and about, and helping them learn and develop.
We're a relaxed, welcoming household and would love to find someone who feels like a great fit for our family.
My Requirements
We're looking for an experienced, reliable and nurturing part-time nanny to care for our two children from January 2027.
The role:
Location: Guildford/Pirbright area
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Hours: 7:30am–7pm (34.5 hours per week)
Start date: January 2027
Position: Permanent, live-out, sole-charge nanny
Children: Boy aged 2.5 and girl aged 11 months
Driving: Full driving licence and confidence driving with children required
Both children will attend nursery on Mondays and Fridays, so we're looking for someone to care for them together on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
What we're looking for:
Ideally, someone with plenty of experience caring for babies and toddlers, particularly managing two young children together. We'd love someone who is warm, patient, energetic and proactive, and who enjoys organising fun activities, playdates, trips to the park and local groups.
Responsibilities would include all aspects of the children's day-to-day care, preparing their meals, supporting their routines and development, and light child-related housekeeping (such as tidying toys and children's laundry).
We also have a friendly dog, so being comfortable around dogs is important.
We're looking for someone with excellent references, an enhanced DBS check and paediatric first aid training.
Most importantly, we'd love to find someone who will become a trusted and valued part of our family.
