Part Time Nanny Job in Sittingbourne
About Me
Hi! I’m a mummy looking for a part time nanny for my one year old son on Thursdays 3pm- 5pm every week. Potential for hours to increase. Babysitting will also be required in the evenings on occasion as me and my husband are overdue on some date nights! Haha!
My Requirements
Nanny isn’t required to do any house requirements at all, just look after my son and become a lovely addition to his routine. We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic nanny to look after our twelve month old son in our own home every Thursday from 3pm–5pm. Must be a NON smoker.
We would love someone who enjoys engaging with our little one and is keen to support his development through age-appropriate activities. Reading books to him, learning shapes and colours, imaginary play, repetition etc. Not full on tutoring in any way but just supporting him in the few hours you have together. As he grows, we would love our nanny to continue gentle encouragement to help build his confidence and curiosity in preparation for starting school.
Initially, we would prefer care to take place at home, allowing him to settle into a comfortable routine, with the possibility of outings as he gets older. There may also be opportunities for the hours to increase over time, depending on our work arrangements and how things develop.
Ideally, we are looking for someone warm, patient and nurturing who genuinely enjoys helping little ones learn, explore and grow. We would love to find someone who can become a familiar, trusted part of his routine and support him as he reaches each new milestone.
Before making any formal arrangements, It would be lovely to meet you properly and, most importantly, see how my son interacts with you and how comfortable he feels, to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone.
