My Requirements

We’re looking for a kind, reliable and experienced babysitter/ mother’s helper or part-time nanny for approximately 2–3 hours at a time, potentially 3–5 days a week.

Hours would generally be around midday or in the afternoon, depending on my husband’s shifts. Occasional evenings or weekends may be helpful, although some weeks we may not need childcare.

Responsibilities include playing with and comforting our baby, nappy changes, age-appropriate activities and occasional pram walks in our communal gardens. Some light household help (washing up, laundry or vacuuming) while I’m breastfeeding would also be appreciated.

Experience with young babies and references are preferred.

We’d like to arrange an informal meeting and short paid trial before agreeing to regular childcare.
