My Requirements

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly after-school nanny to help us on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons during term time.

The main responsibility is collecting our 9-year-old daughter, Amelie, from school and bringing her home. The school is within walking distance of our house, so collection can be on foot or by car.

On Tuesdays:

* Collect Amelie from school and bring her home.
* Spend some time with her, whether that’s relaxing, chatting, playing or doing something creative.
* Take her to her drama class for 5:05pm, where I’ll collect her afterwards.

On Wednesdays:

* Collect Amelie from school and bring her home.
* Look after her until we’re available, helping with homework or enjoying activities together as appropriate.

It would also be a huge help if you could prepare a simple family dinner on both afternoons.

Our 11-year-old son, George, is largely self-sufficient, so the role is primarily focused on Amelie, although we’d appreciate someone who’s happy to be around for both children.

We’re looking for someone dependable, warm, organised and proactive, who can build a lovely relationship with the children and help make our weekday afternoons run smoothly.
