I’m a 22-year-old university student studying Working with Children, Young People and Families. I’m a caring, friendly and responsible person who enjoys being around children and supporting their learning, development and wellbeing. Through my studies, I’m developing my understanding of children’s needs, safeguarding and the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment. I’m patient, reliable and approachable, and I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident leaving their children in someone’s care. My Experience
I’m currently studying Working with Children, Young People and Families at university and previously completed Level 3 Childcare at college. I also have practical experience working in nursery settings, including Almond House and Fixby House Nursery, where I’ve gained experience supporting children’s daily routines, learning, development and wellbeing. Alongside this, I have experience caring for my niece and cousins, which has helped me develop my patience, caring nature and ability to engage with children. I understand the importance of safeguarding, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and meeting each child’s individual needs. I’m responsible, approachable and passionate about helping children learn, play and develop while ensuring they feel happy, comfortable and supported

My Availability
I’m available for babysitting from Wednesday to Sunday, with greater flexibility and availability from Wednesday to Saturday. I can offer more hours on these days and am also available on some Sundays, depending on my other commitments. I’m happy to discuss specific dates and times with parents in advance and will do my best to accommodate their childcare needs
