My Experience
I have experience caring for children of different ages, both within my family and in a professional school setting. I have looked after my nieces, nephews, and younger cousins, which has helped me develop a caring, patient, and understanding approach to looking after children.
I have also worked as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school, supporting children from Nursery through to Year 6. This has given me valuable experience working with children at different stages of their development, understanding their individual needs, and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported.
Through my experience, I have developed strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with children. I understand the importance of creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and confident.
I genuinely enjoy being around children and supporting their development, whether through learning, play, creative activities, or everyday routines. I recognise that every child is different, and I believe in treating each child with kindness, respect, and understanding.
I would love to use my experience to support families and provide reliable, caring childcare that parents can feel confident about.
My Qualifications
I have GCSEs in English and Maths. Although I do not currently hold any formal childcare qualifications, I have valuable practical experience working with children as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school, supporting children from Nursery to Year 6.
