About Me
I'm a friendly, 36 year old public speaking coach, with 15 years experience in social and environmental impact. Many of these roles have involved engaging with and helping families in different ways, including running child-friendly meditation classes and creativity sessions. I graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2011, with a degree in Social and Political Sciences - the first student from my Wiltshire school to do so. If you need help with homework or coming up with interesting activities for little ones, I'd love to support with that too. I don't currently have a DBS but have had them in the past for professional roles. Im happy to get that asap.
My Experience
Housekeeping / cleaning at large meditation retreat centres. Working with families and children at public engagement activities e.g colouring activities for Energy Garden in London and art/craft for Repowering London. Supporting London Buddhist Centre's Sunday school for 18 months. Catering / cooking experience includes: Head Chef and cooking team at large meditation retreat centres, including special diets. Member of Buddhafield Cafe team at Glastonbury Festival (2025).
My Qualifications
I can apply for my Enhanced DBS asap. I have a degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge. My first year included papers in Child Development.
My Availability
Very flexible if it's local to me.
