My Experience
I am an NMC-registered Nurse, qualified since 2017, and a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor), qualified in 2018. I have over 7 years of experience working within the NHS, supporting newborn babies, infants, young children and their families.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with new and expectant parents, providing professional guidance and practical support during the postnatal period. My experience includes newborn health assessments, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support, infant growth and development, safe sleep guidance, baby care education and maternal emotional wellbeing.
As a Health Visitor, I regularly visit families in their homes, supporting parents with the everyday challenges of caring for a newborn. I have extensive experience helping first-time parents build confidence in feeding, bathing, settling and understanding their baby's individual needs.
My nursing background has also equipped me with strong clinical observation skills, allowing me to recognise potential health concerns and provide appropriate advice or referrals when needed.
I am calm, patient, compassionate and adaptable, with a genuine passion for caring for babies and supporting families. I understand how important it is for parents to feel reassured that their newborn is in safe, experienced and caring
