About Me

Hi, I am a dad in Holmfirth with an eight year old son who is autistic and has fallen behind with his reading and maths at school. He is bright and curious but needs someone calm and patient who can keep things fun and short, with plenty of breaks. We would love to find a tutor who has worked with autistic children before and can come to us at home after school or at the weekend. Happy to chat on the phone first so you can get a feel for him.

Looking for one to one tutoring for my son, year 4, focused on reading, writing and maths. Ideally one or two sessions a week of about an hour, at our home after school on weekdays or on Saturday or Sunday morning. Experience with autism or ADHD is important, as is an enhanced DBS check. Online sessions could work too if you are not local. Please message me with your experience and your hourly rate.
