Hi I am Looking for an Experienced, Caring Nanny for My Baby Girl in Dartford
Hello! I’m a mum based in Dartford, looking for a trustworthy, caring and experienced nanny to look after my beautiful baby girl, Eliana.
I’m looking for someone warm, patient, reliable and professional who genuinely loves caring for babies and understands the importance of creating a safe, calm and nurturing environment.
My daughter was born prematurely, so I would particularly value someone with experience caring for newborns and premature babies, who understands their individual needs, feeding routines, sleep patterns and development.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can provide attentive, one-to-one care in our home, helping Eliana feel comfortable, secure and loved while giving me some extra support as a new mum.
My ideal nanny would have:
* Previous newborn and infant childcare experience.
* Experience caring for premature babies, ideally.
* An enhanced DBS check and excellent references.
* Paediatric first-aid training.
* A gentle, patient and nurturing personality.
* A professional, reliable and organised approach.

My Requirements
My requirements are as follows:
* Experience: Proven experience caring for newborns and young babies, preferably including premature babies.
* DBS check: An up-to-date enhanced DBS check, with appropriate checks for the role.
* First aid: A valid paediatric first-aid certificate.
* References: Excellent, verifiable references from previous families or childcare employers.
* Safe sleep: Thorough knowledge of current safe-sleep guidance for infants.
* Feeding and hygiene: Strict adherence to feeding instructions, bottle hygiene and sterilisation procedures.
* Health and safety: Excellent hygiene, handwashing and infection-prevention practices.
* Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, patient, calm and respectful of family privacy.
* One-to-one attention: No smoking or vaping around my baby, no visitors during working hours and no leaving my baby unattended.
* No unauthorised outings: No taking my baby outside the home or allowing other people to care for her without my prior permission.
* Communication: Regular updates throughout the day, including feeding, naps, nappies and anything concerning.
* Following instructions: My baby’s established routine and any medical or feeding guidance must be followed carefully.
I am looking for someone who takes childcare seriously, understands the responsibility of caring for a young baby and consistently maintains high professional standards.
