Part Time Nanny Job in Guildford
About Me
We’re a family of four living in Shalford. We’ve lived here nearly a year after living in Godalming prior to that. My husband works in Guildford and I work in London. We have two daughters - one is 4 years old and started school in September and the other is 1 year old who attends nursery in Farncombe.
We like taking country walks at the weekend or visiting RHS Wisley or National Trust places and our eldest daughter likes attending a sports club.
My Requirements
Our eldest daughter, 4, started at Shalford Infants this September. We currently have her in a breakfast and after school club but we are seeking another option for wraparound care because the club environment does not seem to suit our daughter.
She is a fun loving girl that likes crafting, singing and playing with small world figures. She has some SEN (suspected autism but not diagnosed) which make transitions/busy and loud environments difficult for her. We think she would be more comfortable being looked after in her own home. The main role is bringing her home from school, talking about her day and allowing her to decompress by doing whatever activities she might choose. Sometimes she just wants to sit and read a book quietly.
We need this support on a Wednesday and Thursday during term time, and there is also the possibility of more hours during school holidays.
