About Me
We are a warm, busy family living in London with four children under 10. We are looking for a kind, trustworthy and proactive person to become a long-term part of our family.
We value someone who is genuinely committed to childcare, enjoys being around children and takes pride in keeping family life organised and running smoothly. We are friendly and respectful employers and are looking for someone who will become a trusted member of the household.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, organised and has a positive, can-do attitude. Most importantly, we want someone who is looking for a genuine long-term position, rather than a short-term role.
We have an existing cleaner and a well-established household, and we are looking for someone who can work collaboratively.
My Requirements
We are looking for a permanent live-in Nanny / Family Assistant to care for our four children, all under 10.
The role is primarily childcare, including school and nursery runs, activities, homework, play, routines, bath/bedtime and preparing healthy meals for the children. The children have different ages, personalities and schedules, so we need someone confident managing several children and able to organise their time effectively.
The role also includes the children’s laundry, bedrooms, school bags, uniforms and general organisation, as well as shopping, errands and some household organisation during school hours. We have an existing cleaner, so this is not a full-time housekeeping role.
The hours are Monday–Thursday 8am–8pm and Friday 10am–10pm, with weekends off. We are looking for someone comfortable with these hours and occasional flexibility when required.
A full UK driving licence and confident driving in London are essential. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in staying with a family for several years and becoming a trusted, long-term member of the household.
