My Experience

I have over 20 years of professional childcare experience, working with children from newborns through to school age.

I spent over 7 years with one family in the US, caring for their three children, who were aged 3, 2 and newborn when I started. I supported them through the different stages of their childhood and became a trusted part of their family life.

For the past 8 years, I have worked with the same family in London. I started when their first child was just 2 months old and later cared for their second child from birth. They are now 8 and 5 years old, so I have had the privilege of watching and supporting both children as they have grown.

I also have experience working with other families in the US, including positions lasting one and two years.

My experience covers all aspects of childcare, including newborn and baby care, developmental milestones, weaning, establishing routines, nursery and school transitions, educational activities, homework support, playdates, outings, meal preparation and caring for children during school holidays.

I have a degree in Child Development as well as Montessori training, which has given me a strong understanding of children’s development and the importance of encouraging independence, confidence and learning through everyday experiences.

My long-term positions reflect the kind of nanny I am: reliable, committed, caring and genuinely invested in the children and families I work with.

My Qualifications

I hold a degree in Child Development and have also completed Montessori training, giving me a strong understanding of children’s developmental, emotional and educational needs at different ages.

My qualifications complement my extensive practical experience and have helped shape my approach to childcare, particularly in encouraging independence, confidence, creativity and learning through age-appropriate activities and everyday experiences.

Alongside my formal qualifications, I have over 20 years of professional childcare experience with children from newborn through to school age, including several long-term nanny positions.
I also hold Paediatric First Aid and DBS.

My Availability

I'll be available from February 2027

My Fees

• Nannying from £25.00 per hour (gross)

My nanny rate starts from £25 per hour, depending on the hours, responsibilities and requirements of the position.

For regular or full-time positions, I’m happy to discuss a suitable weekly or annual salary based on the role. Babysitting and additional hours can also be discussed separately.
