We require someone who is able to cover for us sometimes with minimal notice (due to work schedules). And some Saturdays. It is not every week that we need the services. Just sometimes work gets hectic and we need that cover. Our apartment is not always spick and span, as we are both full-time working parents, with the addition of some weekends and late evenings.
