My Experience

I have gained practical childcare experience through placements at two different nurseries, working with children aged 0–5 years.

At one nursery, I worked with children aged 4–5, while at the other I gained experience across the wider 0–5 age range. During my placements, I helped care for groups of up to six children at a time.

These experiences helped me develop my communication, patience, teamwork and understanding of children’s individual needs.

I also have personal experience supporting a younger family member with additional needs, which has helped me become more adaptable and understanding.

I enjoy helping children learn through play, supporting their daily routines and creating a safe, welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and happy.

My Qualifications

I have completed my Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification, which has given me knowledge of child development, safeguarding, health and safety, and supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.

As part of my training, I completed practical placements in two nursery settings, gaining hands-on experience with children aged 0–5 years.

My qualification and practical experience have helped me develop the skills and confidence needed to provide caring, responsible childcare.

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

One child- £10 an hour
Two children-£12 an hour
