We're a warm, loving and easygoing family, and we'd love to find a nanny who can become part of our family rather than just someone who comes to work. Our children are our everything, so finding someone we genuinely trust to care for them, keep them safe and make them feel loved is really important to us. ?
I work a 4-on, 4-off rota, and their dad also works four days a week, so sometimes our shifts clash and we need a little extra help, usually around two days at a time. We may also need help with nursery drop-offs and pick-ups.
Ideally, we're looking for someone kind, caring, patient and reliable, with experience caring for both babies and toddlers. We'd love to build a trusting relationship with someone who feels comfortable in our home and who we can welcome into our family.
Most importantly, we want our children to feel happy, safe and loved with their nanny, and we want that person to feel valued and appreciated as part of our little family too. ?
My Requirements

We're looking for someone flexible, reliable and experienced with babies and toddlers. Having a full driving licence and access to a car would be helpful. Most importantly, we want someone we can trust completely with our children, as their safety and happiness mean everything to us. We'd love to welcome our nanny into our home as part of our family and build a lovely, trusting relationship where they feel valued and appreciated.
