About Me
I am a friendly, caring and responsible childcare professional with over five years of teaching experience, a PGCE and a degree in Early Childhood Studies. I am currently a Year 6 teacher with extensive experience supporting children in Lower and Upper Key Stage 2.
Family is a huge part of my life, and I have always had a natural love for caring for children. I am a very proud auntie and absolutely adore my nieces, whom I cared for over the course of a year. This personal experience, alongside my professional background, has strengthened my passion for nurturing, supporting and helping children grow.
I understand that every child is unique and deserves to feel safe, loved, valued and encouraged. I enjoy creating fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning, confidence and development. As a teacher, I can also support homework, reading, maths and other educational activities.
I am patient, reliable, nurturing and attentive, and I understand the importance of building trusting relationships with both children and parents. My aim is to provide a safe, warm and positive environment where children feel comfortable, happy and cared for, giving parents peace of mind while they are away.
My Experience
I have over five years of experience working with children in primary school and nursery settings, including extensive experience in Upper Key Stage 2. As a current Year 6 teacher, I have experience preparing pupils for their SATs and have contributed to improvements in SATs outcomes. I am confident supporting children’s learning, managing behaviour positively, planning engaging activities and adapting my approach to suit different ages and abilities.
My professional experience has helped me develop excellent communication, patience and problem-solving skills. I understand the importance of safeguarding, children’s emotional wellbeing and building positive relationships with both children and parents. I can provide a balance of fun, nurturing care and educational activities to support children’s development.

PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) – Kingston University, 2021–2022 (Pass).
BA in Early Childhood Studies – Canterbury Christ Church University, 2014–2018.
GCSEs – Harris Academy Bermondsey, 2007–2012.

My Availability
I am available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for tutoring. Also weekends. I am available for weekend babysitting on Saturdays and Sundays, subject to prior arrangement. I am happy to discuss your family’s childcare needs in advance and can offer flexible support depending on the times required.

- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £20.00 per hour
