Hi, my name is Millie Smith I am 35 years old, and I am a caring, patient, responsible and trustworthy person with a genuine love for children. I am a proud mum to my 14-year-old daughter, whom I have raised whilst balancing a full-time job and running a household. Being a mum has given me years of hands-on experience in caring for a child, understanding their needs, creating routines and providing a safe, loving and supportive environment for them to grow and thrive.
Bringing up my daughter alongside my work commitments has taught me how to be organised, reliable, patient and adaptable. I understand the importance of making children feel safe, happy and comfortable, while also encouraging them to learn, develop their confidence and enjoy themselves. I know that every child is different and that building trust with both children and parents is essential.
I am a friendly, approachable and down-to-earth person who takes pride in being dependable and caring. I am happy to help with everyday routines, preparing meals, organising activities, helping with homework and making sure children are well looked after and entertained. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are in safe hands, and I would always treat every child with kindness, patience and respect.
As a mum, I appreciate how precious children are and how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for them. I would love the opportunity to support a family by providing reliable, attentive and loving childcare, giving parents peace of mind that their little ones are being cared for as they would wish.
