My Requirements

I’m hoping to find someone who has experience working with children with additional needs, particularly those who are significantly behind academically.

My main priority is helping him develop his reading, writing, phonics and basic literacy skills, while building his confidence and making learning an enjoyable, positive experience.

He needs someone who can adapt lessons to his individual needs, work at his pace and provide a calm, encouraging learning environment.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone with SEN teaching experience who understands that traditional teaching methods don’t always work for every child.
