About Me
Hello! I am a working mother based in Clerkenwell (EC1V) looking for reliable, trustworthy, and flexible childcare support. I have recently secured a role with Lidl involving rotational shift patterns, early morning starts, and occasional evening or weekend hours. My rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance. My son (KK) is a wonderful boy, and we are currently setting up his SEND school transport.
My Requirements
Ofsted Preferences:
• In-Home Care / Babysitting: We warmly welcome Ofsted registered childminders or nannies who also offer in-home care, as early starts will take place at our home.
• Local Childminding Settings: If you operate an Ofsted registered childminding setting in Islington, we can consider this provided early morning drop-offs can be accommodated.
Key Duties & Hours:
Early Starts (4:00 AM - 4:15 AM): Arrival strictly between 4:00 AM and 4:15 AM so I can leave for my shift. Wake KK at 6:45 AM for his morning routine: bath/shower, teeth, hair, dressing (including nappies and shoes), and breakfast. Ensure he is ready for his SEND school transport pick-up at ~8:00 AM.
Flexible Shift Cover (4-Week Advance Rota): Occasional afternoon/evening pick-ups (finishing 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM) or weekend/evening cover based on my shift pattern.
Requirements:
• Ofsted registered preferred (or Enhanced DBS / SEND experience).
• Absolute punctuality and reliability given the 4:15 AM start.
