About Me
I am a newly experienced babysitter, I have skills in cooking, cleaning and household chores and work. I enjoy doing educational activities and projects, so I am more than happy to provide support in finding museums or spending time in libraries, galleries and age-appropriate events/spaces for children!
My Experience
I have helped support close-friends in taking care of their siblings or family friends in overlooking their children. I took care of my friend’s sister, aged 7, for two days whilst she was out of town with her mother to take care of a sick family member. In this time, I cooked, did drops-off and pick-ups, and followed the bedtime routine until their return. This experience made me feel confident in handling children during babysitting of which I hope to provide further.
However, I have not worked with younger and feel I would be inadequate in supporting toddlers below age 4 and babies.
I am comfortable with 5+ and above children the most and will do my best to provide support as best I can to any family.
As I am a babysitter, not a qualified nanny, I am best suited for afternoon school and short-term roles with semi-independent children!
I would feel uncomfortable in responsibilities regarding changing nappies or potty training as I do not feel I would be suited to the role. But I am comfortable with supporting and supervising children with needs for bathing if needed.
My Qualifications
Due to my limited experience as a young babysitter, I have only had interactions with family friends/friends children and siblings.
My Availability
I am in college from Wednesday’s 9am-12pm and Friday’s 2:45pm-4:15pm, every other day I am comfortable to work flexibly around the family’s schedule!

- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
