About Me

I am a friendly, responsible and caring person who really enjoys working with children. As the oldest of three other siblings, I have grown up helping to look after my three younger siblings, which has taught me how to be patient, dependable and confident around children of different ages.

I also have over 80 hours of experience volunteering in a primary school, where I supported children with activities such as reading, spelling and maths, as well as helping around the classroom. This experience has helped me understand how to communicate with children, keep them engaged and provide support while still encouraging their independence.

In addition, I volunteered with Rainbows Girlguiding for over seven months, helping to supervise and support younger children during activities and sessions. Through these experiences, I have developed strong communication, organisation and leadership skills and understand the importance of creating a safe, positive and enjoyable environment for children.

I would describe myself as patient, trustworthy, approachable and enthusiastic, and I would aim to make sure children feel comfortable, happy and well cared for while I am babysitting.
