About Me

Hi, my name is Sophia. I am currently living in the west end of Glasgow and I am eager to gain more experience of tutoring as I progress on my journey to becoming a teacher.

I have lived and breathed books from a very early age, and I adore inspiring a love of reading in all the students I meet. In an age of intense stress and productivity being paramount I am infinitely passionate about teaching young people the power of words and freedom knowledge brings.

Every child deserves the time and patience to develop the key skills needed for education as well as time to nurture their individual interests. Therefore I also offer art lessons and creative writing sessions to encourage their young minds to develop and encourage their imagination and creativity.

My Experience

I have tutored many of my friends children and I run creative writing workshops and watercolour workshops for adults.

My Qualifications

I am an English Literature degree from Glasgow University.
