Hi, I’m Emela! Growing up as the oldest of five children, I’ve always been surrounded by little people with big personalities, lots of laughter and the busy, fun moments that come with having a big family. I can offer Cooking alongside Household Chores, while caring for your little one. I love outdoors and going on adventures which I can facilitate for children through my full UK drivers license and own car.
My Experience
Being the eldest of four siblings has helped me develop a natural caring side, a sense of responsibility and a real love for looking after and supporting younger children. It has played a big part in my passion for childcare and my desire to create a warm, happy and welcoming environment where little ones feel safe, loved and encouraged to be themselves. Alongside my family experience, I’ve volunteered in a P1 class at Gordon Primary School in Huntly, worked with children aged 4–7 at Tiny Tap at Zodiac Dance School, and gained experience as a trainee youth worker at The Gaitherin. I love seeing children learn new things, grow in confidence and discover the world around them. I understand how much trust it takes for families to leave their little ones in someone else’s care, and I would always strive to make every child feel comfortable, valued and cared for, just as I would want for my own family. ?

I have an RLSS NPLQ which includes a First Aid for work qualification
