Registered Childminder with Special Needs Experience Job in London
About Me
I’m looking for a nannny for some weekends when and evenings for when we want to go out. Which would only ever be 4 hours Max
My Requirements
We are looking for a reliable, caring, patient and energetic nanny/babysitter for occasional childcare, mainly on some evenings and weekends when we would like to go out or enjoy some time together as parents.
We have a three-year-old daughter, Olivia, who is on the autism assessment pathway and has speech and language delay and a high sensory-seeking profile. She is a very active little girl who loves music, singing, books, movement and exploring. We would love someone who is enthusiastic, playful and energetic, and who enjoys getting involved in activities rather than simply supervising from the sidelines.
We are looking for someone who is understanding of additional needs and can keep Olivia happily engaged while supporting her communication, development and safety. Experience with autism, speech delay or SEND would be a bonus.
The childcare would usually be for a maximum of four hours at a time, on an occasional basis. We hope to find someone flexible and dependable who can build a trusting relationship with Olivia and become our regular go-to babysitter.
Above all, we want someone warm, attentive, proactive and genuinely passionate about caring for young children who will bring positive energy into Olivia's day and make her feel safe, understood and happy.
