Single parent to a 4 year old boy. I work as cabin crew so need help with hours outwith the 9-3pm nursery hours. Sometimes it would be from 4am and occasionally working until midnight.

My son is very friendly and loves meeting new people. He gets along with adults very well but can be shy with children. He is also delayed with his speech but has excellent understanding and can communicate what he wants very well. He is not potty trained yet. Looking for help which might be quite early in the day or quite late into the evenings. Would sometimes require trying to get him to bed etc if I was working late.
