About Me
Hello, my name is Tiphaine, I’m 29 and originally from France. I’ve been living in London for the past four years and have recently made the transition from a corporate career in HR to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychology. Alongside my studies, I’m looking for a role as a nanny, babysitter or private tutor. I’d be happy to support children with their homework, help with their learning and, if of interest, provide French lessons.
My Experience
I have over five years of childcare experience, having worked with several families in Paris. My responsibilities included school pick-ups, helping children with homework, managing bedtime routines and providing general care for children of different ages, including little ones as young as one year old. The families I worked with typically had three to four children, so I am very comfortable looking after multiple children at once, balancing different needs and multitasking in a busy family environment.
My Qualifications
I am a friendly, caring, reliable and responsible individual with a professional background in Human Resources. Through my HR experience, I have developed excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, along with patience, understanding and a strong sense of responsibility.
Although I don’t hold formal childcare qualifications, I am keen to provide a safe, happy and supportive environment for children. I am approachable, attentive and trustworthy, and understand the importance of building positive relationships with both children and parents.
My Availability
My MSc is delivered entirely online, with most of the course material being asynchronous, which means I have a very flexible schedule. I am primarily looking for opportunities Monday to Friday, with availability across a mix of afternoons and evenings.
