My Experience
I have experience caring for children from working as a babysitter for various families throughout 5 years as well as working as a Primary School/Special Needs Teaching Assistant. Through babysitting, I have gained experience supporting families with childcare, supervising children, keeping them entertained and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
My experience as a Teaching Assistant has also given me valuable skills in supporting children’s learning, development and individual needs. I have worked with children with different abilities and learning requirements, developing my patience, communication and ability to adapt to each child’s needs.
My Qualifications
I hold a BSc in Biomedical Science and an MSc in Biomedicine giving me a strong foundation in health, biology and child wellbeing. I also have experience working as a Primary School Teaching Assistant where I supported children with different learning needs, providing encouragement, supervision and assistance in a safe and supportive environment.
In addition, my NHS healthcare experience as well as my current role as in Microbiology has strengthened my understanding of hygiene, safeguarding, professionalism and responsibility. I am patient, caring, reliable and attentive, and I am confident in providing children with a safe, positive and nurturing environment.
My Availability
Availability as follows:
Weekdays: 5:30/6pm onwards
Weekends: available all day
My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
My hourly rate reflects my childcare experience over the last 5 years, including babysitting for various families and working as a Primary School Teaching Assistant. I provide attentive, reliable and nurturing care, always prioritising children’s safety, happiness and individual needs. My academic background in Biomedical Science and Biomedicine, alongside my professional NHS experience, has further strengthened my understanding of health, hygiene, responsibility and communication. I take pride in providing families with dependable childcare and ensuring parents feel confident and reassured when their children are in my care.
