My Experience

Although I am still building my childcare experience, I am enthusiastic about gaining more experience in babysitting. I am confident communicating with others, patient and responsible, and understand that every child has different needs. I am happy to help with keeping children entertained, playing games, reading stories and making sure they are safe and well looked after. I am keen to learn and build my confidence through practical experience.

My Qualifications

I have gained experience from my two-week placement at Bradford Academy Primary School in June and July 2024, I helped children with their schoolwork, developed their skills and provided one-to-one support to children who needed extra help. I also volunteered with Children in Need, where I helped organise activities. These experiences helped me develop patience, communication, listening and teamwork skills. I am caring, reliable and passionate about supporting children and helping them feel comfortable and encouraged and i also hold a First Aid certificate and a Sign Language qualification, both completed in 2024 at Bradford Academy. My Health and Social Care studies have helped me develop an understanding of supporting others, being patient and recognising individual needs. I am keen to continue developing my childcare knowledge and skills.

My Availability

I am mainly available at weekends, particularly Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons. I may also be able to arrange additional availability depending on the day and time. I am happy to discuss suitable times in advance.
