My Requirements

We are looking for a fun and experienced, proactive nanny or proxy parent for a long-term, part-time role starting urgently on Monday 16th November (flexibility available for the right person- can find short term cover).
Perfect for an independent professional nanny or experienced caregiver looking for a steady, structured weekly income.
The Role:
• Schedule: Monday night through to Thursday evening (3 nights/days consecutive block).
• Responsibility: Sole charge of the household and children while a parent commutes mid-week.
• The Kids: Two lovely, active children (aged 7 and 5) in school full-time. We are a creative household who love crafting, outdoor nature walks, and muddy adventures! ??
• Neurodiversity: Our eldest is neurodivergent, so prior experience or a genuine understanding of neurodiverse needs is highly preferred.
• Activities: Managing the routine, including fixed after-school activities like swimming ? (1 day a week).
Household Management: While the kids are at school full-time (9-3pm), you will have plenty of downtime, and can rest take care of personal admin etc but we do require a few hours of proactive household management during the day (9am–3pm).
• This includes light cleaning, sorting children's laundry, preparing family dinners, and keeping the living/kitchen spaces tidy.
What’s Required:
• Your own reliable car & clean license for the school run and activities (school is a 7-min drive away).
• Must love cats! ?
• Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid, and excellent references.

This is a sole-charge role, We require a seasoned, career focused nanny. or childcare professional with excellent checkable references. Ideally a minimum of 5+ years experience.

We offer a highly competitive, premium weekly package (flat overnight/daily rate).
