My Experience
I have extensive experience working within Early Years and childcare, having worked as a Teaching Assistant, private nanny and Early Years practitioner, alongside my current role as a Deputy Manager in a nursery.
I have spent several years supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing, working with children across a range of ages and abilities. My experience includes leading an Early Years room, managing a team, planning and delivering engaging activities, observing children's development and creating stimulating, nurturing environments inspired by the EYFS, Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches.
I also have experience supporting children with additional needs, working closely with parents and external professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need.
As a mum of two myself, I understand the importance of finding someone who is caring, patient, reliable and trustworthy. I love getting involved in children's play, exploring their interests, reading stories, getting creative and supporting them to develop confidence and independence.
I am currently working towards my Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) and am passionate about providing high-quality, personalised childcare where children feel safe, happy and valued.
