I am a mum to a beautiful 4 month old boy.
My Requirements
I will be working from home 2-3 days a week and I require a childminder to care for my son in our home. I will be around for support whilst he initially settles with a new carer, to support with his routine and needs etc. He is formula fed and a generally settled baby but can fuss a lot during sleep time and likes a quiet environment. My preference is a childminder who has a lot of experience with young babies. Whilst I am working from home I will be available during my break and lunch hours to check in and take care of my son.
The carer needs to be comfortable being in a property that has cameras in the living area and kitchen areas. The role will require some household help such as sterilising baby bottles/ general tidying small tasks. When my son is sleeping, you are welcome to make yourself at home, it will be a comfortable work environment so you are welcome to watch TV with a cuppa.
I am in receipt of universal credit which will contribute towards childcare costs.
