About Me
Hi, I'm Sidra, a mum to a lovely little girl aged 17 months and we live in Derby (DE23). I'm looking for a warm, reliable Ofsted-registered childminder for her located within Littleover/Heatherton area.
I need one regular full day each week, with a 8/9am drop-off, plus extra days as and when I need them, usually with a few weeks notice. I'm looking for someone who can offer that kind of flexibility, ideally with a home-from-home feel, outdoor time, and a calm, caring routine. Friendly pets and hands on activities would be a bonus.
My daughter is friendly, curious, a tiny bit shy at first and very inquisitive. I'd like a short settling-in period and a chance to meet you and see your setting before we start. I value clear communication, a written contract, and a childminder who shares regular updates.

My Requirements
Childcare needed for: 1 child, aged 17 months
Location: Derby, DE23 (Littleover and Heatherton area). Nearby childminders preferred.
Regular care: One full day every week, with a 8/9am drop-off and pick-up by 5/6pm. Start date: Start of December 2026
Extra days: Additional days as and when needed, mostly for appointments, usually booked a few weeks ahead. Occasionally shorter notice. These will vary week to week, so I'm looking for someone happy to take occasional bookings.
What I'm looking for:
* Ofsted registered, with a DBS check and paediatric first aid
* Early start from 7am
* Flexible days alongside one regular day
* A friendly, home-from-home setting with outdoor time and a calm routine
* Clear communication, a written contract and a settling-in period
