We're a friendly, professional couple living in Walthamstow, East London, and we're expecting our first baby boy in April 2027.
We're both researchers working in the technology sector, and we enjoy spending time together, cooking, exploring London, listening to music and travelling. We also have three much-loved cats, so ours is a lively and affectionate home!
We're really looking forward to becoming parents and finding a caring, nurturing environment where our little boy can feel safe, happy and supported as he grows. We value kindness, open communication and building positive relationships, and would love to find a childminder or childcare setting that feels like a genuine partnership with our family.

My Requirements
We're looking for a warm, caring and reliable childminder or childcare setting for our baby boy, who is due in April 2027.
Ideally, we're hoping to find a place starting from October 2027, when he'll be around 6 months old. We're based in Walthamstow (E17) and would ideally prefer somewhere within walking distance of our home.
We're looking for regular, ongoing childcare, ideally 5 days per week, although we're happy to discuss different arrangements depending on availability. We also have some flexibility around the exact start date.
Our priorities are finding someone who genuinely enjoys caring for young babies and provides a safe, warm, nurturing and stimulating environment. We'd particularly value individual attention, emotional wellbeing, a consistent daily routine and a gentle approach to helping babies settle into childcare.
We'd love to find someone with experience caring for babies from around 6 months old, who is happy to maintain open communication with parents and work together with us on feeding, sleeping and developmental routines.
We're hoping to build a positive, long-term relationship with our childcare provider and would be very happy to arrange an introductory visit. We appreciate that places can fill up well in advance, so we're keen to start making connections and exploring availability early.
