Hi, I’m Andrea. We are a small family of two shift working parents and a two year old. I work a non structured rota of days / nights, weekdays / weekends. My husband works a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

We require adhoc care for our two year old. Hours / days would be available four weeks in advance. Unfortunately, most would be unsociable hours, and sometime would need to be more frequent than others eg one week we may not need help, the next week we might need help a few times.
I’m undecided about overnight care at the moment but hours could include 06:00-08:30 or 17:30-19:00. Driving to include nursery pick ups would be preferred.
