Sue has been looking after my son (3 years) and daughter (10 months) on and off over the past year, and is due to become the full time carer for my daughter when I return to work. My son absolutely loves Sue's place. He asks after Sue repeatedly and waves me off happily when I leave him there. I'm so thrilled that he feels safe and happy there - it's a sort of pseudo-granny experience for him (albeit youngish granny!!) given that we are miles from any family of our own.
