My Experience

My main experience is from being a mum and an Auntie but I have also been a childminder for nearly 14 years, I also did some voluntary work at Carlton hill play group. I love being with my Son’s, daughter's and step daughter and Nephews and niece’s watching them grow and develop. I am a very caring person; I am warm and friendly with a welcoming aroma and general happy personality.
I am aware of the importance to keep all the children and babies in my care happy, healthy, safe and secure. I provide a caring and sensitive approach to the way I look after all children in my care, with a lot of fun and laughter. Listening to them is very important in gaining more of an insight to their needs and emotions.

All children i currently care for always arrive happy and leave with a smile they become part of our family and treated like one of my own.

My Qualifications

Pediatric first aid certificate,
CRB checked (this includes me and my Husband )
Safe guarding children training,
Full public liability insurance
Fully comprehensive car insurance for childminding,
Food Hygiene graded 5
The early years foundation stage statutory requirement audit workshop
Prevent duty level 2

My Availability

2 Available spaces from Aug/ sept 2026

I am available Mondays -Fridays 7am - 6pm i am very flexible so if later times are needed please don't hesitate to ask me i can adapt to suit parents needs. Time and a half will be charged before 8am and after 6pm.

I do not work Saturdays or Sunday's

I can offer drop off and pick ups from your home if needed.
I do Pick up and Drop offs at schools, nurseries, and after school clubs.

Recently moved to Gedling NG4 October 2025
Can pick up and drop off in surrounding area and further a field
Gelding, Netherfield, burton Joyce, carlton , mapperley, st anns, sneinton, bakersfield, , arnold, bestwood etc and i can also cover school holidays only if needed.

If school is not listed below or for younger children not at school and my home seems too far due to not having transport.
Please message as i can offer pick up and drop off in many different areas as i understand some do not drive and i try help out as much as i can.

My Fees

• Childminding from £5.00 per hour

Currently full 2 spaces will be available from September 2026

Drop off and pick up available if needed

Fees to be discussed depending on days and times

Hourly rate starts from £5 depending on hours needed. The more hours the lower the hourly rate. Time and a half is added before 9 and after 5pm Please message for quotes. I look forward to hearing from you and will reply as soon as I can.
