My Experience

I have over 17 years of experience working in childcare and healthcare, supporting children from newborn through to 13 years of age. My background includes working in nurseries as well as in sole-charge nanny positions, providing high-quality, individualised care in both home and professional settings.
I have extensive newborn experience, including working as a night and sleep nanny, and I have also worked within a maternity unit, supporting families from labour ward through to postnatal care. I also have experience caring for multiples and children with additional and special needs, adapting my approach to meet each child’s individual requirements.
In addition, I have worked as a children’s entertainer during summer seasons at Haven Holidays, creating fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities for children of various ages. Alongside my professional experience, I am heavily involved in the care of my nieces and nephews, ranging from newborn to 9 years old.
I enjoy planning and taking part in age-appropriate activities that support children’s development, learning, and wellbeing, both indoors and outdoors.

My Qualifications

I have an NVQ level 3 in Children's care and leaning development. Diploma/NVQ level 5 in leadership and management within adult care.
First aid, child protection and enhanced DBS.
Nvq (diploma) level 5 health and social care
7 GCSE all between an and c grade.
