My Requirements

Help required with immediate start, or as soon as possible.

LOOKING FOR:
Nanny or Babysitter for overnight care - weekends and weeknights.

I've got 2 wonderful boys, who are with me all of the time, after my ex passed away 3 years ago. My partner doesn't live locally, and I'm finding the need to travel away from the children a little more as a result.

My boys are extremely self-sufficient. My eldest is capable of making them both dinner once they're home from school and they manage their evenings well. My youngest is used to being put to bed by his big brother. They are also very self-sufficient in the mornings; getting themselves ready for school and are able to walk to the school bus by themselves. I just obviously don't feel comfortable leaving them home alone overnight.

I'm therefore looking to build connections with kind, responsible, reliable childcare providers who can help with:

1. Midweek nights - either regular or fairly spontaneous. 7pm - 7am.
2. Weekends - Friday night until Sunday night
3. Occasional help in school holidays

My boys are very gregarious, affectionate, warm children with a good sense of fun. I'm hoping to find someone who is a good fit with the family. I'm in need of a calm, reliable pair of hands to help fill the childcare gap and restore a sense of balance to my life!

I'm hoping to find someone responsible, reliable, caring and kind with a good sense of humour, a positive attitude and a happy nature. Non-smoker (includes vaping) as my eldest has asthma, with use of their own car, is essential.

We have a 16-month old golden retriever puppy, who is the best dog in the world! His only fault (aside from chewing remote controls) is that he is still "bouncy". So the right person would also need to be a dog lover! The boys take care of the dog completely independently and know his routine, so there would be no dog care as such. But he is in the home so only dog-lovers need apply!
