I'm Sally, 41 years old and I'm happily married to my wonderful husband Mark. We have recently moved back from Tucson, Arizona after 10years for my husbands job.
I have been a nanny for over 17 years & have had the pleasure of taking care of 22 children from newborn through to teenagers. Whilst living in Tucson, I worked for two wonderful families one for 10years (3 children) & another along side for over 6years (1 child)
I pride myself on having wonderful relationships with all my families both past and present. I enjoy cooking and especially baking, even more so if the children are able to participate. I enjoy going to playgroups and I also take the initiative and search for groups that could benefit the child(rens) development. A new skill I have learnt when caring for older children is being a person of trust and a good role model. I am trustworthy, responsible and most importantly fun.

* Feb 2020- May 2026: Part Time carer of 1 child now G:6
* Dec 2016 (gap due to US visa restrictions) - May 2026: Part Time Sole Carer of 3 children: now-G:14 B:10 B3
* Oct 2014- May 2016 : Part Time Sole Carer of 2 children. B:4 & G:2
* August 2013- Present: Part Time Sole Carer of 3 children. G:11, B:10 & B:5
* Feb 2011- Oct 2013: Part Time Sole carer of a 20 month & a 4 month old girls (during half term I am carer of their older sisters 11- 13 years old (Thursday & Friday)
* Feb 2012 until August 2013: Part time sole carer for boys aged 10 & 13 years old
* Dec 2010- Feb 2012: Sole charge of 8 year old Girl and 6 year old Boy
* Jan 2010- Nov 2010: Sole charge of 13 year old Boy, 10 year old Girl and 7 year old Girl
* March 2009- Nov 2010: Sole charge of 3 year old Girl
When caring for school aged children, I complete a wide range of duties for the family whilst they are at school, including family ironing, cooking, washing and various nursery duties. I also take the family dog for a walk and complete any errands for parents for example collect dry cleaning. Whilst the children are at home I support them with their home work, help them prepare for the next day of school and take them to various after school activities i.e. swimming lessons.
When caring for younger children, I take the children to fun and varied play groups or activities that both and the parents feel the child would benefit from. Provide fun and creative play opportunities both in and outdoors. I also complete a range of nursery tasks for example washing, ironing and cooking for the children.
My Qualifications
*BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies degree 2:1 obtained from Sheffield Hallam University
* CRB check (can obtain)
* First Aid certificate (can be obtained now I'm back in the UK)
My Availability
I am currently full available Monday- Friday.
My Fees
- Nannying from £28.00 per hour (gross)
Can be negotiated however, I would be looking for an hourly NET wage of between £20-25 dependant on the age and number of children.
