Based in Leeds. I am creative, fun, funny, energetic, and have a passion working with children, I am a big kid at heart. I am hardworking, reliable, honest, and responsible and a enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' attitude. I am creative and enjoys drawing and photography and playing the piano in my spare time. I enjoy using my creativity to encourage children to develop their imagination and explore through roleplay, baking and art. I also love reading books especially to children and building dens. I love taking walks in the outdoors and exploring nature and having days out to museums, galleries etc....

My Experience
During my time in High School I did voluntary work, working in nurseries. After leaving school, I went onto working as an apprentice in a Private Day Nursery while studying for my Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce for a year and a half, I completed this level in June 2012.
I have over 10 years' experience working in childcare looking after children from the ages 0-10 years of age. I have worked in Nurseries and Pre-School for a year in each place. Out of the 10, I have worked for 5 years working as a Live in Au Pair for a family of 5. During my time working as a Live in Au Pair, I took on extra childcare as an Ad Hoc Nanny for several families during those 5 years. After 5 years, I relocated to Leeds and worked in Retail for a year. I then landed a job as a Live in Nanny/Housekeeper due to the pandemic I was let go after a month with the family. Later in the year I took a job looking after two children and I was with that family for a total of 11 months; with this family I have experienced travelling abroad with them. After leaving this family, I took on temporary childcare jobs for 5 different families as an Ad Hoc Babysitter. I then was employed by one of the family on a permanent basis as an Nanny/PA, I was with this family for 14 months looking after three children. After leaving this family after 14 months as my services was no longer needed, I joined a family as a Nanny looking after 3 children for a year and a half. I am now currently working in hospitality for the past 2 years. I also have plenty of babysitting experience too.
I am Level 3 qualified, DBS Checked and is on the DBS Update service, I have knowledge of First Aid but will need to renew my certificate.
I love working with children, it is my greatest blessing in my life. I connect well with them and love joining in their play and being a positive and influential role model to them.
