My Name is Laura English nanny with over 15 years childcare experience ,DBS checked,First aid Trained,Common core skills course taken and great written and verbal references on request. I have experience in weaning babies and settling them into routines and I have followed a Gina ford routine in many jobs and I am happy to follow this. I also have followed the gentle parenting approach which I’m a big advocate of. I have cared for children from the ages of newborn to 5 years old. I always make sure that I meet the educational and developmental needs of each child by introducing age appropriate activities and toys to them, I like taking them to regular play groups and having playdates with nanny friends and there charges and trips to the local parks where they can play, explore and interact with other children. I also prepare healthy home-made meals. I have a very bubbly personality but also very calm and patient, I'm fun, active, kind, loving, energetic, honest, reliable, very responsible and organized. My priority is to make sure that all children are safe and happy while in my care and safe and secure in their environment. I love my job because it's very rewarding, never boring and I like challenging roles with lots of responsibility.
